Pros: Life stages, Aspirations (wants and fears)
Cons: Very in depth (confussing at first)

I love this game for the in depth characters and the aspirations. The career paths are interesting with the skill points being easy to get doing things your Sim loves. This game enables you to have many "looks" for your characters and children inherit your parents look which makes this a more "real" game.
