Well last year I was looking at some pictures of myself and I realized compared to a picture of myself from 15 years ago to a picture from just last year and I look pretty heavy and I realized I gained 30 pounds in 15 years. So if I projected that out, by the time I was 80 years old I was going to weigh about 300 pounds. I didn't like that idea. So one day I was in Borders and I had to go to the restroom and I walked by the diet section and I saw this book South Beach Diet. I had heard a lot about diets and stuff and so I checked out this book because I knew some people that had been on this diet and I started reading it. I bought the book, it cost about I guess $17.45, you'd probably get it cheaper in some places. But I read the book and it made a lot of sense. So I highly recommend it because it's not so much a diet as it is a book on how to eat healthy and how to get healthy and in three months I lost 25 pounds and I've actually kept most of that off, off for the last year. So I highly recommend it.
