I am going to be reviewing Training Day. This is Denzel Washington and Ethan Hawke. This is a very dark movie. It is about an undercover cop and Ethan Hawke is a new cop going under Denzel's wing. They go through the hard streets and see what life is really like try to figure out what is real and what is not good and bad what is the best path to go. It was a very good movie. It was definitely a thinker not really sure where you are headed until the end. It was a very surprising movie. I really enjoyed it. I wished I didn't have to think so hard but that is just me. So I'll probably give it three out of five stars. (From the movie) Grab that menu for me huh . . . Get in. it is unlocked. Ha ha ha. Just slowdown little fox. This car is not from the motorpool. It is not. Swears you off at Spanky's division. In the office baby. (Car screeching) Seriously I know I am number one. Is that why we don't play for money? But it is bad boy. And that's nice. [Indiscernible] He's gone Holmes. I am not sure. That's alright. Danny come on. So what is it? Got 380? Stainless? Right. Like this one here? Just like that one. Here is where the problem comes into play. I've seen this one. 500

Summary
A powerhouse performance by Denzel Washington fuels this brutal urban police drama, in which a rookie narcotics cop learns the hard way that even good cops can go very, very bad. Washington plays veteran detective Alonzo Harris, a self-proclaimed "wolf among wolves," eager to teach his rookie partner Jake (Ethan Hawke) that normal rules don't apply on the mean streets of Los Angeles. Caught in a web of deception, Jake watches with escalating horror as Alonzo uses his badge (and the support of his superiors) to justify a self-righteous policy of corruption. In stark contrast to most of his previous work, Denzel unleashes his dark side with fearlessness and fury, and the result is excellence without compromise. Director Antoine Fuqua ( The Replacement Killers ) won't score any points for subtlety, but gritty details (including actual L.A. gang members as extras) and Hawke's finely tuned performance are perfectly matched to Washington's frightening volatility. --Jeff Shannon
