Press Pass the inside scoop on the latest and the greatest direct from the trade show floor. Hi This is Stephanie McWilliams for Expo TV. And for all the gourmet consumers out there or for people who are becoming more and more health conscious I have the pleasure of being with Ron de Santos. And he is from the Culinary Institute of America. He is here to talk about Vitamix. And I personally am a huge fan of. So Ron can you tell us a little more about this? Vitamix is a great brand. And we work well together with Vitamix. It does all the things we need at the Culinary Institute of America. Blending pureeing mincing; all of those things does a great job with that. It is really powerful. It gives us great results. Our chefs love it. What we have here we got preloaded some little carrots oranges whole fruits we can put in here. It is not a problem. Nice Yeah. And a little bit of water to just gets the whole thing going there. We got this new lid that snaps on to the sides. It makes it really easy to take it on and off. We love that new feature on here. We got variable speed which is a key feature of this. The variable speed is going to let us start this thing a little bit gently. And then we fire things up. We make sure that it is on the right side. Okay so we got this. We start this. It is going to be a little bit loud. Okay. So you see it is just starting. And then we start to move it up. Now watch this. [Sound of mixer]. Now really simple and that tamper is what give you that ability to just grab everything move it together. We get a really nice speed really get that puree going. The blades are flat on the sides. And what happens is when you get a blade that is flat and it hits a food product it pulverizes it. So as a result you get the cell structure is exploded. And from that you get more flavors more nutrients out of the fruits. So it ends up being a really healthy product. Vitamix is a preferred brand of the CIA. Not the government. The other CIA. The Culinary Institute of America. And Do I get a try? Yeah we are. There is no the pulp is completely dissolved. Yeah. They retail for $499. Okay. And it is one of these things that it runs forever. We have got them on campus for a long time. Recipe book this is a big one too. So it has got a couple of hundred pages. A recipe book comes with this as well. And a little side book where we have recipes and techniques from the CIA s master chefs. So it is a nice package and it gives you a really great product at the end of the day. Another amazing product. Ron thank you so much. Thank you.
