Good question. I felt kind of sick watching Blair Witch -- would like to hear what other people who have seen the movie Cloverfield thought.

I definitely did not get sick, I was worried I might but it was smooth sailing. Solid movie, you should check it out.

I saw both Blair Witch and Cloverfield in the theater, and I haven't seen Blair Witch since, but I think I sat too close to the movie screen when I saw it. I didn't make the same mistake twice with Cloverfield, which I thought was okay. I sat far enough away that I didn't have any problems getting nauseated. Watching both on DVD should be no problem, I'm guessing.
