Hello today I would like to review for you my Webber Grill. It's the Webber one touch series silver The silver means that instead of having a bucket built in here the bottom that catch the ash it just cause a tray. If you got the gold series then it would include that' bucket that bucket that makes cleaning up the ash a little easier. This is a signature Webber Grill the charcoal grill and many of you will recognize the cattle shape. My grill is the smaller one. It has an 18 and a half inch diameter. They make 'em slightly bigger they make a 22 inch diameter grill but I generally only grill for two to four people and this gives me plenty of space and heat to do that so let me give you a closer look at the grill. So as you can see it has a handle here at the top for the lid. It's a plastic handle it's very durable. They used to make them with wood handles but the wood would rot and erode so they upgraded to the plastic handles which was a really great upgrade. Also here at the top you have a vent with four holes. You can close it completely or open it completely or anywhere in between. This helps you control the heat. If it's open all the way the fire is getting more oxygen and it makes the fire hotter. If you close it halfway that's less oxygen that's not as hot of a fire. If you close it all the way that will extinguish the charcoal briquettes. You can take the lid off and you can see the great--mine's pretty dirty I need to brush it off. You should do that before--every time you grill. There's also this bottom gray which stood to the bottom of the grill and holds the charcoal briquettes while you're grilling. It's also very dirty but you can try to clean it but it will never get completely clean. And then here at the bottom is another vent. Like the top vent if you have it all the way open if you have it all the way open it allows oxygen to fuel the charcoal briquettes for hotter fire. You close it all the way that will extinguish the fire. And you can use both of the vents to kind of zero in on a temperature. if you wanna cook something at 250 you can use the vents to zero in on that because otherwise there's no way that you can ensure that the charcoals briquettes are gonna burn out a certain temperature with adding or removing briquettes. I prefer this charcoal grill over gas for many reasons. I really like the smoky flavor of charcoal. I mean I had a gas stove in the house so it feels like if I'm gonna cook outside I might as well be cooking with something like charcoal something that's more natural. So yeah I really like grill a lot. It's a good value at around 75 dollars and it's really portable. You can throw it in the car and take it anywhere. and I recommend getting it. Again it's the Webber one touch silver series and I give it a very high recommendation.
