Hi I'm reviewing the Cap Barbell from the Easy Curl Bar. This year is just a standard bar is not the Olympic bar. But this can be in any sports supporting this to work. I'm happy about this is that it's economically shaped to fit your wrist to put in good supporting position and will not strain your wrist while you're lifting. They had two positions on here there's an outside position and then there's an inside position at any up on how you wanna work your biceps. I like to use it is definitely a nice bar a slight weight it's easier to put a weight on and off. Other than that it's relatively inexpensive it runs for 20 dollars at local sporty good store. Its strong it's sturdy my pad is for addition all time and no wishes with it highly recommended. Once again it's the Cap Barbell Easy Curl from weight bar and that's about it. Go out and try if you have it already you'll definitely be happy with it thanks.
