What does the "Red Touch of Color" feature do on the Samsung LN52A650 52-Inch 1080p 120Hz LCD HDTV?

"Red Touch of Color" relates to the underlining hint of red under the black frame of the television on the top and bottom of the frame. It does nothing for the TV other than enhance the look. Apparently, red is favored by women. Therefore set to appeal to the woman consumer shopping for a television.
