I am a student at Humber College, Canada, and i am trying to right a report of the great Herbal Essences Hydration Moisturizing Shampoo.

Because I do not work for Herbal Essences, you'd have to write them directly. My best guess is a younger crowd, such as 15-30. The bottle color and design would suggest this.
I would guess the target demographic to be female, aged 15-30ish. As far as your other questions, you'll have to contact the company.
It would be hard to say but I would say definitelty 13-30. Good Luck.
I would derive from the commercials, who tend to show women 30 years of age and under, that the target consumer audience would be women between the ages of 15 and 30. I would say their biggest competitors are Dove, Pantene Pro-V and Suave. All three show the same aged woman enjoying their shampoo and claim to do the same things as Herbal Essences.
I think the target is young adulta or teens.
