What's the fastest frames per second that the Canon Digital Rebel xTi DIgital SLR Camera is able to shoot?

3 frames per second with up to 27 frames consecutively in JPEG shooting mode and up to 10 consecutively in RAW mode.

It will depend on several factors. In optimum conditions on continuous shooting mode you can take up to 3 frames per second. In maximum burst you can take up to 27 shots continuously set on JPEG Large. If you are shooting RAW you can take up to 10 continuous shots. If you choose to shoot RAW+JPEG Large, you will only be able to take 8 shots continuously. In other JPEG modes (Med and Sm) you will get upwards of 27 shots.
