Hello Dennis,
I purchased my packhorse saw benches in approx. 2005, from Home Depot in Fayetteville, N.C. They don't seem to be setting a priority on following up on the company the purchased them from.
I looked on line and found the company that says they make these saw horses, however I have not been able to get a response from them.
I called information yellow pages, and can't even get a phone listing for this company. The company is listed as Plastics Technologies,INC, and their E-mail address is plasticstechnologiesinc@comcast.net.
I have e-mailed them with no response. They are located at P.O. Box 380 Anacortes, Washington 98221.
I am at a loss on what to try next. Let me know if you get any help. Thank you Dale. I can be e-mailed at RodeoRodie@emparqmail.com.
The advertisment I see is in Fine Homebuilding issue # 75 page 20 By Daval Co Products 301 w.53rd st, NYC Tele 1-800-945-9545. This was a Jul 92 issue so I doubt its still there but who knows. I saw it online under a different company name in a Google search.... you might try that again. In this magazine they are $99.95 / pair which is a bit expensive for 16 years ago!!! I have a pair I got @ HD that are great. The legs fold up inside and have a cable across the legs. Its made of sheet metal and a 2X4 top rail screwed onto the top of the spreader. They are sturdy and very compact which is the desired feature everyone looks for...and light.
To clarify things, The saw horse set I purchased was NOT pack horse but rather a different set by a different company that I was describing
