I have that same product. It broke after 1 week. Yes its useful, but Microsoft makes it cheap so that it'll break on you and you have to keep going to buy new ones. Advice, stick to batteries, or find a different manufacturer.

The Xbox 360 Quick Charge Kit is an excellent way to save money on batteries. The Quick Charge Kit will charge two re-chargeable battery packs at the same time and takes about two hours. You will also get plenty of game time with each reachable battery pack (2 days).
