Great game, a sequel to the original. Childish, but fun gameplay make this game great. Good for all ages. Easy to beat, but difficult to perfect.

    Transcript of Video Review

Hey guys my name is Chris and this is my review for Yosi's Island DS on the Nintendo DS. Now this is a sequel to the well actually on the Nintendo 64 there was Yoshi's story and then Yoshi's island band the super Nintendo. This mostly represent or is most likely the Super Nintendo version. There's a few little upgrades but really it's basically the same exacting trolls of that game and really there is no story line for this game. There's no like there's nothing like cool about this game you don't feel awesome when you play it. It's really just about solid game play and just traditional plat forming elements that are just done very well. Here let me show some of it. Here's Yoshi's Island DS I will choose a lot of horn to just show you some of the game play. The game is very colorful it's gotta child like art style I mean if Yoshi gets to carry the different babies this time around as opposed to always just Mario each one is a little unique at times I mean I believe Donkey Kong who I'm holding right now actually has the power to climb up and swing on vines which can occasionally be advantageous and really this is just pure plat forming sometimes it gets a little boring and that it's just it's good game played but that's all that it is. There is nothing that like there's no real high points to this game. It's basically always the same thing and I mean it's though on a good foundation but it's not great. It's not exciting all the time. It's a fan of games that have or utilize good game play. I did enjoy this play. It was very unmemorable. There's no despite the fact that I've beaten this game there's no levels that like really stick out my mind that I can remember like this is what happened unlike with other Mario games where that was true. So I do recommend this game it's nothing to really stress over in trying to find or anything like that. It's all right but it's not great.
