What is your favorite flavor ice cream to make in the Cuisinart ice cream maker?

Mint chocolate chip! It's really easy. You just use cream, milk, sugar, mint extract and add in the chips during the last 5 minutes of mixing. There are all kinds of recipes out there online for free, but that's a classic that I have all the ingredients on hand for usually.
