does it connect easily to a Mac?

Yes, but an SD Card Reader is even easier.

Yea it can connect to a mac just as easy as it would with a PC.

It comes with all of the software needed to easily transfer video to a Mac or Pc. It also comes with the software needed to use the AVI files with Mac applications.
