Hi this is Milk of Magnesia made by Equate and this is a powerful relief of Heartburns and sour stomach and sometimes when you have difficulty digest and you have acid in digestion. I have a very weak stomach, so I use it quite often. All you need to do is take 2 to 4 tablespoons, depends on your symptoms, and usually it will relieve your pain pretty soon within couple of hours. Another usage of this is if people in your house have constipation. You can also use this to help them, like my grandma. Usually it will produce a bowel movement within half an hour to 5 hours. It's a pretty good product. I introduce it to you for your family health care.
