It's by CoolOn. Now you probably in the market for an MP3 player and you're looking at reviews and you're saying should i go with the Apple iPod or with another brand maybe the iAudio. This is what I tell you if you are my friend don't even consider getting the iAudio X5 by CoolOn. Let me give you some positives first and then I'll go to on my [0:00:31.7] my tie rate about how -- why this thing is terrible. First of all it's got a beautiful screen. It's bright. If you turn up the settings high enough it's intuitive. One of the major pluses of this is unlike the Apple iPod the interface is real easier on your computer. It's like a little hard drive that you carry around. You drag and drop stuff change folders. It's as if you had a very very small laptop that can play music and videos. Very cool. The interface for the Apple iPod is not that easy and it's a lot more striating. It doesn't let you put as many things on as the iAudio X5 does. That's one of the reasons I bought it. It's also gets higher views another places. Amazon members seemed to think the world of this little guy I am not one of those. It's -- let me tell you why you should not get this. First and above all it's got a faulty headphone jack. I read about this other people have the same exact problem. I've owned this thing for about 2 years now and after the six months the headphone jack went out in one of the earphones the headphones. So you're thinking well John maybe you are using a bad pair of headphones. I tried three different pairs and every time it only comes out of one side after six months which is really annoying. I read about this on the [0:01:59.7] and apparently it's because they've attached the faulty headphone jack and they've attached to the circuit board with only a few [0:02:07.5] joints and they probably didn't use the best quality headphone jack either. That's the reason why maybe it's a little cheaper. Well you don't really I'm not a heavy user of this things. I don't go out and beat it on the ground while I'm exercising or something like that. I use it for probably reasons as you will. Jogging in the morning or going to the gym lifting weights or listening to it while I m lying down to go to sleep. Not heavy use. So if you wanna avoid a product that might break down on you after about six months to a year I highly recommend going with the name brand. It s the name brand for a reason. Get the Apple iPod and save yourself a lot of headaches and losing some of your hair the top of your head.
