is there a zip connect converter to connect a zune 30 to an ip zip connector

The only way you're going to be able to connect a Zune is with the standard USB cable.

To be honest, I've never heard of an "ip zip" connector, but if you're talking about the same connector a zip drive uses, then that would be a parallel port, and there aren't any Zune parallel port cables.

If you have a desktop, your best bet is probably to install a usb pci card, which you could get from newegg.com for around $15.
