FIRST TO REVIEW PROMOTION

OFFICIAL RULES. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on June 5, 2008 at 6:00pm EST through September 30, 2008 at 11:59pm (the "Promotion Period"), Review any product listed on this page and upload it to ExpoTV. If the product review qualifies for Upfront Payment and is in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions and the Videopinions Terms and Conditions available at http://www.expotv.com/legal/terms_conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") you may earn a $10 Bonus Payment in addition to the $10 Upfront Payment. ExpoTV will pay a total of $20 apiece for the first four qualifying videos on any one product listed on this page during the Promotion Period. A video not in compliance with the Terms and Conditions is not eligible as a submission in the Promotion. Any video that is not approved by Sponsor is not eligible as a submission in the Promotion. Submissions become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or inaccurate submissions or submissions that do not comply with the Terms and Conditions. The official rules, including, without limitation, Bonus and Upfront Payments, and eligibility requirements, are subject to change each month. Please check the official rules before you submit each month.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and who submits a product review qualifying for Upfront Payment of a product listed on the First To Review page, found at: http://www.expotv.com/promo/First_To_Review_Products. Products will be removed from this page and Promotion eligibility once the fourth video is accepted for Upfront Payment. Individuals who did not did not qualify for Upfront Payment are not eligible to earn the Bonus Payment. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries and participating advertising and promotion agencies (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same of household of each such employee) are not eligible.

3. PAYMENT SELECTION: During the Promotion Period, up to four members per product whose Videos meet the eligibility requirements may earn a Bonus Payment in addition to an Upfront Payment. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding.

4. FIRST TO REVIEW PROMOTION PAYMENTS: $20 total: $10 bonus payment plus $10 upfront payment per qualifying video. ALL TAXES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: No transfer, assignment or substitution of an upfront payment. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Submitting members agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Promotion. Acceptance of the Bonus and Upfront Payments constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agencies to use member's name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By submitting a video for the Promotion or accepting Bonus and Upfront Payments earner agrees to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of the upfront payment.

6. INTERNET: Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to select winners from eligible entries received as of the termination date. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the submission process. Caution: Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent of the law.

7. GOVERNING LAW: Except where prohibited by law, all issues concerning the construction, validity and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the submitter and Sponsor, shall be construed and governed by the laws of the state of New York, without regard to conflicts of law. All suits or claims brought in connection with this Promotion must be brought in a state or federal court in New York, NY.
