1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning the first of the current month at 12:00am EST through the last day of the current month at 11:59pm EST (the "Promotion Period"), submit a video response to any Assignment posted to this page: http://www.expotv.com/make/assignment (the "Entry"), and you will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes associated with the Assignment. The Entry must comply with the Content Submission Terms & Conditions, except for the provisions relating to payment (which can be found at: http://www.expotv.com/legal/content_submission_terms_conditions Expotv.com website (the "Website"). The video Entries for each assignment may or may not be required to show a product and are not eligible for any Payment as described in the Content Submission Terms and Conditions. The video Entry for each assignment is, however, eligible for the pay-per-play rewards as described in the Content Submission Terms and Conditions. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or entries not received for any reason. Entrants must be logged in to be eligible for entry. ExpoTV.com registration is free. Limited to one entry per member, regardless of method of entry. Entries using macro, script or other forms of unauthorized automatic entry will be disqualified. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. No duplicate entries permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, unqualified, incomplete or inaccurate entries. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the email address. The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by an internet service provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, its parents, affiliates and subsidiaries and participating advertising and promotion agencies (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same of household of each such employee) are not eligible.

3. RANDOM DRAWINGS: Winners for each Assignment will be randomly selected once per week during the Sweepstakes Period from among all eligible entries submitted during the Sweepstakes Period, as found on this page: http://www.expotv.com/make/assignment. Entries are accepted every calendar day between the day the Assignment is posted to Expotv.com and the deadline posted on the Assignments page. All drawings will be conducted by Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding. Winner will be notified either via phone, e-mail, phone or postal mail, at Sponsor's discretion. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

4. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: Prize for each weekly assignment is listed on this page: http://www.expotv.com/make/assignment. ARV varies in value and number of prizes based on each assignment which can be found on the Assignments Page.

5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: No transfer, assignment or substitution of a prize, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize for an item of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize.

6. INTERNET: Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to select winners from eligible entries received as of the termination date. Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Caution: Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent of the law.

7. GOVERNING LAW: Except where prohibited by law, all issues concerning the construction, validity and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor, shall be construed and governed by the laws of the state of New York, without regard to conflicts of law. All suits or claims brought in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a state or federal court in New York, NY.

8. WINNER'S LIST: For winners' names, send a separate self-addressed, stamped envelope to Expo Communications, 15 W. 18th Street, 10th floor, New York, NY 10011. All requests must be received by the fifteenth of the month following the assignment deadline.
