Grits is a type of breakfast food for a lot of the people here in the south and it's so so good with crumble of sausage and it after you cook it. Um add some cheese to it. Ham. Um it's just a very very good filling meal. Salt and pepper and butter and you're set. Um this is a pretty inexpensive old dish. Uh there is stove top directions and microwave directions. It's very good. It's 130 calories per serving and there's 18 servings per container and I think I paid a dollar for this container. It's 24 ounces. Um i strongly recommend this product and if you've never tried grits you sure need to. Thank you.
