Here's (indiscernible) with another dietary supplement from BSN Syntha-6 it's good protein supplement. It's pretty inexpensive and it's a lot better than the ones that you buy from Walmart say. In my opinion and it's aspartame free. It's a powder just like all the other ones that you mix with you take about 2 scoops and these are big scoops. I'll show you the 2 scoops of this powder put it in 8-10 ounce of water and shake it up real good and it's delicious too. This one is strawberry milk shake and they have chocolate vanilla and I think one or two other flavors they're real good but yeah in my opinion it's one of the better protein supplements out there especially for its price and you can stack with NO Xplode and Cellmass like I said in previous videos but yet don't take my word for them check it. See if you like and see if it's for you. It's definitely for me and it's delicious and that's really important because you know if you're taking protein after lifting all the time you don't want some that tastes disgusting you know you don't really wanna look forward to it. And in my opinion this tastes really good. So check it out Syntha-6.
