Lane Vid today were going to take a look at the Life's Fortune multivitamin and mineral all natural energy source food supplement. This is fantastic vitamin supplements so I actually talked to the nutritionist at the nutrition shop that I went to and he said this one he takes and this is the one that he recommends. Everybody fantastic really does and make if you like you have a lot more energy. There are 60 tablets in this bottle here and just some of the included vitamins and minerals on it. You have vitamin A beta-carotene vitamin A as palmitate fish liver oil vitamin C vitamin D vitamin E thiamine riboflavin niacin vitamin B6 folic acid vitamin B12 biotin pantothenic acid which is thallium pentaphonate calcium phosphorous magnesium zinc selenium copper manganese chromium potassium and then there is a proprietary blend of algae and soy protein and with crest sunflower elation 72 traced minerals Colin intrazole plant enzymes and just a whole list of different things not gonna sit here and read them all to you. Fantastic though I highly recommend life's fortune. It really does give you lots of energy and it's a great diet supplements instead of this synthetic vitamins. Go with this whole food supplement.
