This is a massage chair adapter from Homedics. It's just pretty much a piece of leather cushion that has the massage features underneath this little sheath, and you strap it to any chair. It could be an office chair. You have two straps to do this. I'm just using this office chair for example. You plug it in. Then you take out the handle on the side, and it starts to work. And if, I don't know if you can see, but it moves in circles, up and down. You have the selections of lower back, full back, upper back, and any time like I just did you can switch between the two, and it'll just go up and down till it stops automatically and you can just keep it on a cycle for as long as you need. This is great because you can take this with you. It's not in a stationary chair. You can take it with you wherever you want. And one thing to know is that you should probably try to lean back as much as possible, because when it gets up to the top, if you're sitting on the edge of your seat like you would at your office chair, you're not really feeling any of the massaging. So, a great buy, especially or a gift for someone that doesn't have room for a full-blown massage chair in their livingroom, but could sure use the massage.
