Hi today I am doing a review on another McDavid product. This is the Elastic Elbow Support. It's made of the same material as the ankle support I have recently reviewed. This is great for people that are allergic to neoprene. It tightens around your arm and elbow and you know when you have those tennis arms what refers to tennis elbow minor sprains minor instabilities arthritis tendonitis it helps support that. You can wear it while working out. Just wear it to compress your elbow to help heal. Once again if you're allergic to neoprene this is perfect for you but it does contain latex so you may want to stay away from it. This does cost $9.99 and let me just do a brief demonstration on how to put it on. You kind of just slip it on. It's kind of ready-angle try to make sure that the McDavid sign is on the back by the triceps and you just kind of slip it on. It stays on tight it gives a nice compressed feel. This isn't the same kind that you see Allen Harrison wearing but this material you won't even know it's just there. You wear it under shirts. I wouldn't recommend wearing this over shirts kind of tight. Other than that it's perfect. I think it would help. I can't guarantee that but I would recommend using this if you have a minor sprain. Thank you.
