Hi I'm gonna do a review of the Black and Decker Handy Chop Plus. It is s miniature chopper or mincer. It is very easy to use. It has a one and a half cup capacity. It has a one touch button control which is very simple. You just plug it up and do this. It is Model Number HC3000. The only problem that I have with this is that it only fits on to the base one way and a lot of times it's very hard to get it in exactly the right position because if you don't have exactly the right way it won't work correctly but other than that it has been very good. I used it a lot of times at holidays to chop or mince up and grinds. And it's dishwasher size. You just tape the pieces off here and put them in the dishwasher and it cleans up relatively easy.
