As you see this is my family's General Electric Toasting and it's a pretty great product we ve had it for a couple of years and we've never had a maintenance problems with it always works always has a terrific job of toasting. Something great about it is that it has a bagel option because if you were toasting a bagel and your the only want the flat side of it toasted. You can use that option to fulfill your bagel needs basically. It has a light medium and dark setting which is very accurate and in my opinion because if you want it just the white little brown from the white medium medium and dark dark. It does what you tell it to and it also has the cancel option so if your checking on your toast and you turn the dial a little bit too far hit the cancel button it pops right up. It also tells you that it has a hot surface. Well red meter comes up so after it has been toasted for a while you know not to touch it and to be careful around it. But yeah its I d recommend this to anybody in need of a toaster because it s pretty great product.
