It is 72 inches of cooking spice. It's enough four burgers across there or four chicken breasts. It has a one inch floating hinge. It allows you to put thicker ham burgers or pieces of chicken on it. It does have an indicator right here which indicates that it comes with two drip trays and a specially designed spatula for cleaning the grooves. The non stick grilling plates are removable so you could put them in the dishwasher. This is a big flask over the last four minutes we had because you just had to scrub it and you could take the plates out and put them in the dishwasher. It is easy to clean and we really use it a lot for chicken and hamburgers. We haven't used it for anything else but we have enjoyed it a lot. It cost 40 dollars and
