It comes with this dripping tray and ____ and just plug it plug the machine in and it only takes probably about 3 minutes to heat up to its capacity. And then I will make sure my meat is ____ out and then just save the meat how you like it and then open up the machine. And it has nonstick covering on the inside. But I still will use some palm cooking spray and spray the top and the bottom and then just place your meat on there and then just slide it down. Then any of the grease that might be in the meat and in the fat it just drains out into your pan. And I cook steaks and chicken and hamburgers. Several different things on the grill and it don't generally take any longer than about 5 to 6 minutes. Again if the meat ___ out I may rise the width up and flip the meat over a couple of times and just lay I back down. Once it looks like it is done and you just take ___ and just take the meat out and let the grill cool down just a little bit but still while it is warm I'll go ahead and use my ___ and scrap out any residue that may be on the top and bottom. And then take a clean kitchen rite and wipe out wipe off the grill now take like paper towel and just kinda generally wipe the top and bottom out. But if you don't want to wait until it's completely cool down coz it does make a little bit harder to clean that point. But for anyone that wants to lay a half to your last and also just for the great taste that leaves for the meat also it just leaves the juices out within the meat but it gets rid of the fat. I would strongly suggest using the George Foreman Grill.
