Hi, my name's Daphne, and I am employee of Expo, but I did want to show you something that I had my personal home, is our Jack LaLanne Juicer. And we've had it for about a year. I wanna jump right into it because I don't want to show you as much how it works as much as how to clean it, 'cuz I don't think they showed that in the infomercial. We bought our juicer last year. My mom lives with us and, in New York City, and I thought what is any good senior need other than a juicer, so we bought it. But the person who ends up using it the most is we make the juice for our 2-year-old son, and we do that everyday actually, so, unless we get up late on Sundays. But other than that, we really have a great time with them. I'm gonna show you real quickly how it juices. This is stuff that came with mine. You know, just so you know, this is, I think, a pretty big juicer. I've seen other juicers and maybe they're not as powerful. But this is one pretty big. But again, we've it for a year and it's, it's not broken on us, and we use it almost every day. This is a, some kind of a juice packer thing, and this is the thing you're suppose to catch the juice with. But what we do is we just take a cup usually and just put it there, 'cuz, you know, we don't have to worry about cleaning that stuff up. And I do want to show you how we, how we clean it. The other thing I want to show you is back here, this is where the fiber goes. This is like the fiber catcher. Let me tell ya, if you wanna fill this up with fiber, that's a lot of juice. But what we do, which I think is a little trick, is we take a regular plastic bag that we get at the drugstore, and we just put around the fiber catcher, which I'm sure you're totally not suppose to do. But what it allows this is to do is, I'll show you later, just take out the bag and not have to clean this part out. And the rest is easy to clean. So, I'm gonna it on, and you can hear it humming away. So, so that's it humming. And basically this is a, I'm pretty sure this apple's gonna fit right in there. But you're not suppose to do that. You're probably suppose to cut it up but, you know, just for ease of everything, I'm just gonna and go ahead and drop it in there. And basically the juices are coming right out, this is one apple, and that is a bunch of apple juice. And then, and then I'll just put it in a carrot. And you just have to clean the carrot, and then I take off the skinny part because I wouldn't want to drink that even if it was really healthy. But you do leave the skin on, at least we do. We're just gonna put that one in, and it comes, starts coming right out. And voila. My apple carrot cocktail is all done. And just to show you, I made one before. It's about this much juice, a small apple and a carrot, about half a glass, and that's how much you get out of it. So we just kinda pour out the excess. Now I'm gonna show you how to clean it, which is really what I wanted to do. So this is the stemmy part. Basically, here's my dishwasher. You can rinse it off if you want or you can just go ahead and put it right into the dishwasher, 'cuz it's really little stuff. And here's the, here's the good safety thing. I don't have to unplug it. All you have to do is take off this safety handle thing, and then, see you can't turn it on. So, that's good. So I don't have to worry about the cord stuff. So then the next part is the top, and you'll see a lot of fibery stuff in the top. Basically all you do with that is you just, you know, put that into the trash, just take out the fiber stuff, and then into the dishwasher it goes. And here's the, here's the fiber catcher part. And this is very, the grinder part. Here's what they give you. Here's the blade. Here's what they give you to take the blade out it. The blade isn't, you know, super sharp. I'm running my finger on it. And it's only on the top where it, it grinds the stuff. It's know like, you know, a knife blade or something along the sides where you have to be really careful. So, there's a metal part here that's supposedly to help you lift it off. I never use it. I just, you know, use my fingers. And again, this part's not, not sharp at all. It's just the top, and not that sharp anyway. So it'll stand right into the dishwasher. Here's the fibery part. You can either put it into the dishwasher or, you know, if you wanna kinda scrub off the fiber part, even if your dishwasher doesn't get that done. So here's the cool part, which is there's the fiber. One thing I wanna to tell you about this juicer, is we had another juicer before this one. The fiber's really dry. It's, it's, it, I, I could squeeze and nothing's coming out. This is, that's the difference between my old juicer and this juicer where we had to actually take a, a cloth, put the fiber in it, and squeeze it we'd get like another half a cup out of the fiber. So this stuff is dry, nothing to do with it. It's just dry fiber so we just go ahead and throw that away. And then don't have to clean this part. It just starts over here with the stuff I don't have to clean. Good for me. And then this is the juicy part, right? And so, this is all juice, there's no fiber on here, so that can go right into the dishwasher, and voila. That's all clean. So now, you know, just has to wash, and then putting together is really easy and then putting up the safety bar between them. So, that's my juicer, that's my story, and I hope, I hope you like some of the products. Thanks.
