Hi I am Susan and today I want to review my Kitchen Aid standard mixer for you. This is the Kitchen Aid model K45SS. This is the standard model. It is a four-and-a-half-quart 250-watt mixer. It is in the classic white color. What comes with it is a nice stainless steel bowl like I said three and a half cups. You have your wire whip. You have your dough hook. And then you have your regular mixer paddle. It has this switch here on the side that lifts the mixer up and down which is nice. There are some models that actually have to be turned up and down. I like this much better. You just sit the bowl right in there. It turns right into place. You choose the instrument that you would like to use with it. Push it right in there. Turn it. Push it down. Lock it into place. And then on this side over here you have your power levels. It goes from one all the way up to ten. It is pretty quiet. It does a really nice job on mixing. And as you can see you can go really really fast if you need it to. I can t say enough good things about this mixer. Kitchen Aid has wonderful customer service if you have any kind of problems at all. They can even send you a brand new mixer. That is how good their customer service is. It mixes everything really well. It is reliable. I really really love this machine. And I use it all the time. And I would highly highly recommend it. It can be purchased at Wal-Mart Target kitchen stores. This particular model is probably one of the lower end ones but it suites me just fine.
