This is Kitchen Aid's 250 watt mixer. It can be purchased at target or target.com, for about $169. This saves me so much time while cooking in the kitchen. It is just amazing how useful it is. It is really easy to use as well. You can just flip the switch right here. One thing I like about this is it's quick blade attachment system. All you have to do is pop the blade on, give it a twist, and there is a blade. And just lock it down. It has 10 variable speeds, and it also comes with your normal mixing attachment, a whisk attachment and a dough hook so that you can make your own pizza dough or bread dough, which is really handy. Also, it comes with this two quart stainless steel bowl here, the quality of it is just outstanding and it should last a person a lifetime.
