This is the workhorse of the kitchen. It is the Kitchen aide Mixer. This is the heavy duty variety and youâll see that itâs a little bit bigger than the other kind. It has a flip up top. And this one is invaluable in the kitchen. It comes with a very large bowl. It goes in there. Important things to remember when you put it in is to snap it down like so. It comes with three different attachments: a whisk for beating eggs or mixing loose type of material, the paddle attachment for brownies, cookies, what notâand the bread dough hook. Goes on very simply. Thereâs a little nib there and you twist it on, rotate it up. Youâll see on the side it has ten different--five different things to--I think I unplugged myselfâfive different things. This takes the place of probably half a dozen tools in my kitchen. And, itâs well worth the investment. It lasts forever. Youâll notice that there is an attachment here which ah, you can unscrew. You can put a sausage maker in it, pasta maker all kinds of different attachments. Whatever your budget can afford or your desire. Go out and get yourself one and have a good time.
