Hey Expo TV This is [name] 84. Today I am going to review the Oster 6684 12-speed blender. I have mine in white. It also comes in black. One of the best things about this blender is that it is really really light. It is very portable if you need to bring it to a friend's house to do some mixed drinks or something over there. I mean it is light as a feather almost. It has got its all speed setting down here. It has a high and a low setting for each speed settings. So you actually . . . well there are only six different types. There are 12 speeds because you got six and you got high or low. I'll take off the main mixer here. Now they have rated up to 1.5 liters and they actually have a nice measuring system right down the side here. So if you need so maybe cups. So if you need six cups it counts five four three all the way down. You can actually measure right in here without dirtying another measuring spoon. I don't use this top part very much. It doesn't really splash. I know it is not safe and it is not what you are supposed to do but I really don't end up using it. It is kind of a pain to clean because when you take this bottom part off it unscrews it's got this rubber O-ring here which serves as the gaskets so nothing leaks on the side of the blender while you are using it. That is kind of a pain to clean. And then it's got these blades which work really really well but it is hard to clean the underside of these smaller blades. The tops are easy. But when you try to get like under there it is actually very difficult and you have to be really careful because these are really sharp. You'd hate to cut yourself if it slips or trying to get under there. Aside from that it does work really well. I'd chop a lot of ice with this for margaritas and [dackeries] and things like that when my friends come over. It does do a great job at that. You just run it for quite sometime and it basically minces up the ice cubes so you don't even know it was ice cubes. It is just a nice slush. Because of the difficulty in cleaning I am only giving these four out of five stars. If it was somehow easier to clean it would get five stars because it works really well.
