Basically a generic version of Pine Sol but as far as we can tell it works and smells the same, just costs less. Interestingly, one of the active ingredients in pine sol type cleaners is pine oil often isolated through distillation of the plant itself. Pine oil is effective against many types of bacteria and some viruses. Very low toxicity in humans, works great as a herbicide, and is classified as a hydrocarbon terpenes (read more about terpenes if interested, its cool stuff)
