We bought it because we have a Black Lab and her hair is everywhere and our old vacuum is not picking everything up. So with that we did try the Disen. They are pretty pricy but I think they worth every penny. We've not regretted it at all. Couple nice features about is first of all it has the canister that you can just easily take off and empty into the trash can. You don't have to touch anything at all. It detaches the bag. This snaps right back on. Now the nice feature is that it has the telescope reach tool just snaps right of and you got your codes right here that you can use to get into all the [0:00:48.5]. It also attaches onto all of their attachments that came with which I'll show you in a moment. That's got the arm board simple features that you can use on the telescope reach that it just detach right into it. So that's really nice. So I want you to give you a quick demonstration how it works. You just turn it on by you just press this down and then you press this red button. And there you go. It s really not a heavy vacuum. I don't think it's that bad. i think it rolls really nicely. When you're done you just take it out and as you can see I just did a small area. You probably can't see this but it's already got here in it. So when you go over to the trash can you just press this red button. it opens up the bottom. You shake out all the stuff that was in the vacuum. You just close to back up. You never had to touch the dirt or bag or anything which is not. It came with three different attachments the low reach tool which in just quick they show you. Just take your [0:02:06.1] and you use it. It actually go underneath of the table. So that's a nice feature. So you can actually get up your table and couches. It came with a mini turbine tool which is the animal tool and you can use this for couches which I use them for. it picks all the little things on couches and also the parts floor tool which works great. That s another nice feature of this vacuum. You can use it in hard floors which are a nice feature. A lot of other vacuums don't have that. So you just snap this tool back in the place and you're ready to go. I would definitely recommend this to anybody. I love this vacuum. I think it's worth every penny that we spent. The only thing I don't like about it is that the cord has to attached to this telescope reach tool. So in order to use it a handle tool you have to take the cord completely off. But other than that I love this vacuum and I give it a 5 out of 5.
