The first one (00:06) three years old at least once weekly used. I really like the original model better but they don t sell anymore. So we have to settle for this new model. However the brush is all new model don t reach the floor are trying to clean it. So it doesn t scrub the floor and therefore the squeegee also doesn t reach the floor. So it doesn t suck the water back up. There are three different settings on this. Drive back that is for picking up these dry things on the floor like dirt and such. And there is wash that is suppose to make this brushes spin and scrub the floor. And underneath the wet pick up which is suppose to pick any of the wet stuff you just did in the wash with the squeegee. First I ll demonstrate the dry back feature to see how well it cleans this dirt off the floor. You press the button on the top; turn it on very noisy. Yup the dry back works great. I m going to demonstrate the wash feature. (inaudible sounds) press the trigger once to squirt the water out and went over this floor numerous time and a lot of quite a bit of water on the floor. And the water is dirty water too. And just switch on just wet pick up and see how it suck up water (inaudible sounds of vacuum). Nope they are not picking up the water. So we re very disappointed that we spend 150 dollars on this piece junk. It really doesn t do anything except for act as a vacuum and we already have a vacuum so I m going to give this model of Hoover Floormate one out of five stars.
