Hi. My name is Leslie and today I would love to do a movie review for you of Alvin and the Chipmunks. Here's our ticket stub. We went and saw Alvin and the Chipmunks on Christmas Day and it was myself my husband my parents who were in their 50s and my six year old son and my four year old daughter. We all loved it. Obviously it's no movie that's going to win any award but going into it knowing it's Alvin and the Chipmunks and it's a funny kid's movie I think you'll enjoy it. I grew up watching and listening to Alvin and the Chipmunks as a kid. They really stayed true to the characters. It was really cute the way they gave Theodore his glasses the way Alvin got his A on his shirt and just wonderful little funny things and the way that Dave always screams "Alvin " They do a little modern twist on some of the music. And it's actually really enjoyable and fun. We all had some times of laughter. Left saying it was a good film every single one of us from age four up through 55. We all had a really good time at the show. So if you're looking for a fun family film again I took my 4-year-old daughter and I didn't think there was anything inappropriate in it. I recommend you head out to your local theater and see Alvin and the Chipmunks. I give it a thumbs up.
