Hello Expo TV. This is a DVD review of Austin Powers. This is rated PG. This is a kind of a -- just a spoof on comedy the dark side the good side. Mike Myers is always dressed up in this strange goofy psychedelic 1960s outfits. It's just the diabolical plot of good versus evil but it's in the comic genre and spoof. In just a moment I'm gonna show you a footage. Here at a nightclub where they're dancing and one of the people right here the lady who's dressed up this lady is actually a guy. And Austin has uncovered that he's almost gonna be in danger but he foils the plan. As you can see it's a guy and in just a moment he's going to be after his arch enemy. And what's also interesting is that you'll notice a white cat. Now the white cat is what you would call anybody who is a James Bond fan For Your Eyes Only in Days Gone By that was a classic out of the James Bond thriller and once again it's just a play on even just kinda making fun of the genre and mocking the classic stories by weaving in a lot of comedy back. I think there's a scene with the cat coming right up here. But along with what I've also given you it's a smashing shaggydelic party. Shaggydelic is a word. If you've ever heard anyone here it came out of this movie. Frozen on the 60s secret agent Austin Powers who's played by Mike Myers is thawed back into action once again battling his arch enemy Dr. Evil who right there is getting ready to take off I think in a big buoy. With the sexy sidekick Ms. Kensington who's played by Elizabeth Hurley Austin must stop Dr. Evil's plot to control the world. This is just a relaxing funny play and spoof on the 60s with crazy outfits and costumes. And this is a movie that for all of you who enjoy kick and spoofs on comedy you wanna add to you DVD collection.

If you don't think Austin Powers is one of the funniest movies of the 1990s, maybe you should be packed into a cryogenic time-chamber and sent back to the decade whence you came. Perhaps it was the 1960s--the shag-a-delic decade when London hipster Austin Powers scored with gorgeous chicks as...
