Gone with the Wind is in my top 5 favorite movies of all time. Produced by David O Selznick in 1939, starring Vivian Leigh and Clark Gable. Won 10 Oscars (aka Academy Awards), including best picture. Great example of classical Hollywood cinema.

Hi exportv. Today I'm reviewing the movie Gone with the Wind. This movie was produced by David O. Selznick. The book was very popular so there was a lot of hype leading up to the production of this movie. Also right now this is one of my favorite movies of all time. It's just -- it's completely over the top. I mean I can't even tell you exactly how it is but it is really long. In fact that it comes -- like when it was shown in the theaters they had an intermission and it's really long. This is the four disc collector's set. The first two discs have the movie and the third and fourth have extra goodies. It also comes with the reproduction of the original program when the movie was released in 1939. It won ton academy awards including Best Picture. And I just think this movie is just you know classical Hollywood cinema. It's just amazing. I love it. And it's about a girl Scarlett O'Hara who lives in the south and the movie starts before the war and it goes all the way through the war to the reconstruction era in the south. And this girl Scarlett O'Hara is a spoiled little brat and this other guy Rhett Butler who's played by Clark Gable is just dashing and just the most amazing character but spoiled little Scarlett you know can't -- she has trouble accepting him. I'm gonna show a clip that I think is one of the best shots in the movie and it's when Scarlett O'Hara first sees Rhett Butler. (movie clip) So I recommend this movie. If you like any -- if you like older movies or I mean I just think the story is amazing and it's just -- it's a tearjerker every time.

Based on one the best selling books of all time, GONE WITH THE WIND stands among the greatest epic dramas ever filmed. Vivien Leigh is Scarlett to Clark Gable's Rhett in cinema's greatest epic of passion and adventure. With its immortal cast, magnificent
