ExpoTV has thousands of reviews from people just like you!
Hey Expo TV Nick B. here. I just saw this movie The Pursuit of Happyness and I loved it. I am in love with this movie. I am in love with Will Smith. He's definitely a good looking man I'll watch any movie with him in it. I would love to kiss that man on the mouth. But what goes on here in this movie is Will Smith is a salesman. He tries to sell these bone density scanners kind of the same thing as an x-ray and people feel that they don't need them therefore he doesn't sell them and doesn't make any money. He goes through some struggles his wife leaves him but he keeps his kid. They end up being homeless for a short period of time. He's living in homeless shelters he's sleeping in the subway all kinds of terrible terrible things. But one day he decides he's gonna become a stockbroker. He gives it everything he's got puts everything into it and I'm not gonna tell you how the movie ends but he definitely is on his way to becoming a stockbroker. There's some special features here. We have a Making Of we have a Father and Son On Screen and Off because his actual son is in this movie with him The Man Behind The Movie: A conversation with Chris Gardner the maker of the movie. We also have Inside the Rubik's Cube that's a big part of this movie the Rubik's Cube is. Will Smith is a genius in this movie and figures them out quickly. The I Can song and we also have a director's commentary. Very very interesting to watch. This movie is 117 minutes long it is in color it's definitely not old fashioned black and white it is in color here on this DVD and it's PG-13. Parents are strongly cautioned just because of some pretty strong language here in this movie. But definitely one of the best movies I've ever seen. I'm gonna recommend that you check it out. Siskel & Ebert gave it I'm sorry Steve Oldfield from FOX-TV gave it five stars and I'm giving it five stars as well. Me and Steve we think alike. We're on the same wave. I love you Expo TV.

A heartwarming film that demonstrates how good, hard-working people can become homeless almost overnight, Pursuit of Happyness is a tour-de-force showcase for Will Smith, who convincingly portrays a down-and-out dad trying to better his family's life. Smith, who usually is cast in effortlessly...
