All right hey I m gonna be reviewing the Sennheiser HD 280 Pro Headphones. Let s see first they cost about $100 depending on where you go. They turn about 90 degrees the actual headphones. They got the pretty standard feature set. They got a cable that only goes through one side so you don t hit yourself in the chin. It fits your head pretty well. It s got about four inches or four centimeters actually of [slack] that you can use. The frequency response of the drivers themselves it s pretty flat. You have like a -10 decibel drop around 100 Hertz which isn t so good. That s lacking a lot of bass and then you have a slight boost in the 300 Hertz range. But other than that it s a pretty flat frequency response which means you can monitor if you re mixing music or anything on these headphones. They actually market it as that. They have two-way hinges on the cuffs so that when you re putting them away they re pretty flexible in terms of movement. Most decent headphones let you replace the ear and headband cushions. That s the case for the 280s. It s really quite easy to slip the pads on and off at your cuffs. The headband cushion should be less [tricky.] It s retained with a Ziploc-sort of fastening. It s pretty easy to replace the cable. That s about it. Enjoy your headphones.
