This is my review of the Nintendo Wii. We got ours as the Sports Pack. This is a picture of the actual console and the controllers. The Sports Pack comes with a 5-in-1 game that has baseball bowling tennis golf and boxing. We have played all of the games on the disc. We mostly enjoy the bowling. My five-year-old plays the bowling. I think she's better at it than any of us. I also really enjoy the tennis. My husband plays the other games. He says the boxing is probably the best workout. The think that I like best about the Nintendo Wii is that you're not just sitting there playing video games. You're actually getting up you're moving you're doing things. It encourages you to do some physical activity. I really enjoy the tennis and we have had a lot of fun with this. You can play it as a family. It's nice to have something that people of all skill levels can do together. This is the bowling. As you can see you roll the ball down the alley and then it shows you which pins you've hit and it keeps track of your scores as you see down there on the bottom. This is the baseball part of the game. You do the batting for an inning and then you get to play the pitcher.

I was wondering if the Nintendo Wii's interactive controllers/motion features help people get in shape or does it just depend on the game?
