Pros: Comfortable for long play, Various face plates, Feels more realistic

Cons: The pins in the neck of the guitar seem to be degrading and not sending a strong enough signal to the 360 causing notes to not be activated when hit, Have more than one face plate included, Make a more durable neck

It works well for what it is made for. It works well for the game and is also compatible with rock band. Sturdy. Feels less like a toy and is by far a great improvement to the previous controllers.
