Cons: Makes controller slightly heavier, Allow more room for more battery packs, Smaller design

Amazing product. The price just hits the sweet spot for these rechargeable packs. Two packs that charge in 4 hrs is really nice. You get 2x more product for the money in comparison to the official xbox rechargeable packs.
