New Super Mario Bros. for the Nintendo DS, is a decent 2d platformer with 3d rendered characters. Unfortunately its not as innovative or fun as other installments in the series. See my review for this new/retro throwback to the Nintendo Entertainment System era.

I have the original on the first Nintendo System but I also now have a Nintendo DS, so with the updated graphics and online play modes of the New Super Mario Bros., is another Super Mario Bros. worth buying?
