And I ve always have a problem with my teeth. I brush them regularly but I never get them to look as white as I would like. So after using these for just I mean even after the first couple of days I already really start seeing the difference. And there not very expensive and its pretty care free you stick them on and you kind of forget about them. And 30 minutes later you just pull right off. And it doesn t sting. It doesn t burn nothing. They come right off. You brush your teeth like regular and then taste better or anything. And then that you re done and you do that twice a day. You re teeth will be white in no time.
