It comes with one brush head and this is UV sanitizer which basically how we used at that. Let me start with the brush by itself and what it has is this five different modes which you can pick up. It goes from clean sensitive if you have sensitive tooth massaging your gums. Then there are two more modes called the go care and the max care. The go care is a one minute cycle. The max care is the 300 cycle so you know if you are in a hurry to get to office you can just go through a one minute go care cycle. And it basically what you do is press this green button which will start the brush and I ll actually do this later on just to show you demonstrate you how this product works and the noise that makes and how it feels. It does makes some substantial noise so when you just buy this product it will actually sound loud to you but you get used to it. Another thing with is that the vibration is the strongest as compared to all the other brushes like Colgate 360 power any other power brush if you have used it. The vibration is very very high and if you see this brush head substantially long. So when you start doing what will happen is that the side of this will touch your other teeth and because it s vibrating it will shake you up and giving that you brush pretty the first thing in the morning. So you re still sleepy and that just those couple of touch on the lips or the gums or the teeth just to woke me up and I used to be so irritated. But with time I kind of got used to it and now I really like this product. It cleans very well the modes are very nice and the best part you take out this brush once you re done with your brushing. And take the sanitizer there is an open button right here so press it to open it put it and this close. And then press the power button air and you ll see that this light just lighted up and it will takes about 10 minutes for it to sanitize the brush head. So you know you are making sure that your brush head is clean the next time you are ready to brush. So I m very good product and I m very satisfied and happy with it. It comes with a very high range price compared to other brushes out there. But totally worth the cost and now another good thing that the manufacture actually mention was when you pasting you know when you do your brushing generally you take a whole layer of toothpaste. In this you only need like half of it. So you actually save one toothpaste and because of the vibrations you get the same kind of you know the brushing feeling that you get from a lot of paste you get it from the small ones.
