So when you need, when you forget to brush your teeth sometimes, you can use this to protect your teeth with fluoride or something like that once you use it. It's about a dollar and it's -- I got it in a pack as well. It's a very good value and I recommend people to buy Trident Gum if they do not have it already. Trident Gum is a mint gum that you should buy and it's worth to buy unlike other gums, so buy this gum.
