Good evening ladies and gentlemen welcome to another special episode of ExpoTv. My name is Han tonight I'm going to bring you another excellent electronic product. As you can see it is a laptop that is made by Dell I'm sure you would [indiscernible] logo here and it is the Latitude D220 which I will definitely show the model number in a second. It has a nice 14-inch wide screen. It's a very nice one. If It is designed for a wide screen. Nice key actions as you can see nicely laid out keys not only it has the regular keypad for the mouse navigation you also have a little blue button which IBM I believe are the ones who get this thing started so right here I am not sure how well you guys can see it so let me switch to another angle here. So over here you can see the tiny little blue dot here that's another mouse navigation system see how vertical flat this screen come flat down it would be very very nice if you're on an airplane or home you want to [indiscernible] actually the closing of the screen is not too tight it is not too loose. And I will just go over what it has in this [indiscernible] here what it does is it has an Intel processor duo of 1.37 gig that came with 80 gig of hard drive and it comes with the CD writer that not only can burn and write CDs of course CD-RW but also can read DVD as well which is a very nice feature that Dell included in this lovely laptop it came with a wireless built in function where if you're in a coffee shop or in the airport you want to check your emails or surf the net a little bit a wireless function is always very very helpful. So this is on the back of the laptop this is kind of the bottom view of the laptop as you can see. See where my hand is this is actually the battery package. What you do is you unhook these two button to the side this button to the right and this button to the left. The battery will slide out by itself it is a6-cell battery; it would last about 4 hours or usage. The laptop does come with a power cable for charging which another great feature of this laptop. This is where the memory chips is so if you want to increase the one gig of memory just unscrew there's a little screw here and slide the new memory in there to get the memory upgrade. And the harddrive is hiding behind this package you just have to unscrew and take the whole package out if you want a laptop harddrive upgrade to 100 gig or whatever you want to increase the size. Let me see what is back here. This is a RJ 45 [indiscernible] we are plugging in for the network. This is the phone jack it has built in modem to dial ups. This is a 2-USB port nicely built for any USB device. This is an input fly video monitor and out to external monitors. This is the S video that it came with this laptop the S video input where you can capture videos actually it's output let me correct that. This is the S video output where you can maybe your projector [indiscernible]. What S video is is nice because the audio and the video is in one little cable so it is another great feature this laptop has. So let's flip to the left hand side and let's see what we got here. This is the microphone jack input where you can record your voice by an external microphone. This is the headphone input where you can listen to music without any annoying everybody else around you. This is an infrared port if you have a cellphone that has infrared port function you can actually communicate with this laptop to download contact list or any emails directly to or from or get it from your phone. Here down here is a little card reader provided and on the side I don't know how well you can see there's another card you can put into it. Normally this is where you put a modem in but this thing already built in so you can put a wireless card in here if you want an upgrade and this where that slot you put it in. So we went over the left hand side let's look at what does come with this laptop on the right hand side. This is the DVD writer I mean CD writer with DVD read capability that I mentioned earlier additional two USB ports also included with this lovely laptop. So this is basically everything that you got on this side. We already went over on the behind of it so overall this laptop is an excellent investment it is a laptop designed for basic business usage. And however if you are a gamer or graphic designer this is not the laptop for you. The process speed is kind of below if you are into those intensive process needed processes but if however you do travel a lot you want to check your email you want to work from home also work from your office this is an excellent investment to get in to again out of star of 5 stars I'm going to give it this Dell a 5
